P90x Classic Phase 2 - Day 9 - Plyometrics

Kicked butt in plyo today! It was awesome to get through it all. Chocolate milk was also a great after kicker. I am looking forward to starting training again with my running. I have a good feeling that I'll be beating my times on my runs once I get going again. Nuff talk here's my food for the day!
