P90x Classic Phase 2 - Day 15 - Chest Shoulders and Tris

Shampooing hair is very difficult after this workout :D It's the money maker for the triceps and chest though. I think more than any other workout this is the one that will make the pecks  and arms pop in the end. Did pretty good on my percentages but was a bit low on protein and high on carbs though.
