Legs and back are so tough, One of those workouts that I'm glad to be done with but also glad I did. I think that's the one that will help more than anything with my running. Can't wait to start running again. I have a lot of races I want to run this year! Not tracking today since I am going to cheat. Think for phase 3 and the rest of phase 2 after this week I am going to do more cheat meals instead of cheat days simply because I'm not feeling like cheating near as much as I did at the first.
