YOGA!! I love yoga, I was even able to do Crane today for all but 10 seconds of the time! Crazy stuff but so enjoyable. I got a better yoga mat because the other is just too thin. Unfortunately my wife took the car it was in so I won't get to test it out until next week. Planned Cheat today so won't be tracking calories. Tomorrow I will put in my measurements but I measured myself this morning and 192!! That's 12 pounds lighter than when I started in 30 days. If I keep going like that I should hit the 170s by day 90 for sure!
