P90x Classic Phase 2 - Day 20 - Kenpo X

Kenpo X today along with the Ab workout I missed Friday. I am down another 2 pounds this week! That's from 204 down to 187 averaging close to 2 pounds a week. I don't even go near a scale on Sunday since I eat whatever on Saturdays so I'll start tracking again on Monday!
