Good workout today but missed Yoga belly 7s :( rest was awesome. Haven't been keeping up like I should on my blog, I am going to have to go back to add the food parts. Mainly because there isn't a ton to report. I did some comparison pics and am happy with the results but I still have a ways to go. I am going to keep plowing through phase 3 alternating weeks until I get to where I want to be and then most likely start Insanity for a couple months after that!
